Boxing with a pro, wherever you are
Boxing is one of the best workouts there is: cardio, strength, coordination and stress relief in one. A coach teaches you to stand, move and punch properly, then puts it together on the pads so every session feels like a fight-night training camp, without the sparring unless you want it.
Who it’s for
Fitness boxers, complete beginners, people who want confidence and stress relief, kids learning discipline (booked by a parent or guardian), and amateur boxers working on their craft.
What a session looks like
Skipping or a dynamic warm-up, stance and footwork drills, combinations on the pads, defence like slips, rolls and blocks, then a conditioning finisher. No contact sparring unless agreed and appropriate.
Where you can train
Your garden, a local park, a garage or any room with space to move. Your coach brings pads and gloves.
What to bring
Trainers, comfortable sportswear, water and a towel. Bring your own gloves and wraps if you have them.
Boxing FAQs
Will I have to spar?
No. Most clients never spar. Pad work gives you the skills and the workout. Light, controlled sparring is only an option for experienced boxers who want it.
Is boxing good for weight loss?
Yes. A boxing session is high-intensity and full-body, and it’s so engaging you forget how hard you’re working.
Are Trainow boxing coaches verified?
Yes. Before a coach goes live, Trainow reviews their identity, qualifications and insurance, plus safeguarding and DBS checks for anyone coaching children. Every session is rated by real people, so you can see how a coach performs before you book.
