Taekwondo FAQs
ITF or WT Taekwondo?
Coaches teach both major styles. Check profiles in the app, or ask your coach which they teach.
Will taekwondo improve flexibility?
Yes. Regular kicking practice and stretching improve hip and hamstring flexibility significantly.
Are Trainow taekwondo coaches verified?
Yes. Before a coach goes live, Trainow reviews their identity, qualifications and insurance, plus safeguarding and DBS checks for anyone coaching children. Every session is rated by real people, so you can see how a coach performs before you book.
