Judo with a pro, wherever you are
Judo, “the gentle way”, uses balance and timing to throw and control an opponent. It builds coordination, discipline and real-world confidence. A private coach starts with safe breakfalls, then builds your throws, holds and grip fighting.
Who it’s for
Children (booked by a parent or guardian), adults new to martial arts, club judoka preparing for gradings, and competitors.
What a session looks like
A warm-up and breakfall practice, then throwing technique (nage-waza), groundwork (ne-waza) and randori at a controlled intensity, appropriate to your level.
Where you can train
A dojo or space with judo mats. Matted home spaces can work for groundwork.
What to bring
A judogi if you have one (otherwise a sturdy long-sleeve top), water, and short nails.
