Polo with a pro, wherever you are

Where you can train
Polo clubs and grounds. Pony hire and ground fees are usually arranged with the venue.
What to bring
A riding hat (polo helmet if you have one), boots, white jeans or jodhpurs, and gloves. Mallets are usually provided.
Polo FAQs
Do I need to ride to play polo?
Basic riding ability helps a lot. Some coaches start you with riding lessons before you move on to polo.
Is polo expensive to try?
Taster lessons with club ponies are an affordable way to start before you commit.
Are Trainow polo coaches verified?
Yes. Before a coach goes live, Trainow reviews their identity, qualifications and insurance, plus safeguarding and DBS checks for anyone coaching children. Every session is rated by real people, so you can see how a coach performs before you book.
