Gymnastics with a pro, wherever you are
Gymnastics builds an exceptional foundation of strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness. One-to-one coaching lets you progress safely through skills like bridges, cartwheels, handstands and walkovers, with expert spotting and drills.
Who it’s for
Children building foundations (booked by a parent or guardian), young gymnasts preparing for club grades, and adults learning skills they always wanted.
What a session looks like
A warm-up and conditioning block, flexibility training, then skill work broken into progressions with spotting where appropriate. Sessions end with stretching and a skill to practise at home.
Where you can train
Gardens with soft grass, home spaces with mats, or a hired hall or studio. Coaches advise on safe surfaces for each skill.
What to bring
Fitted clothing (leotard or shorts and T-shirt), hair tied back, water and mats if you have them.
Gymnastics FAQs
What age can kids start gymnastics coaching?
Many coaches work with children from around four years old. Sessions focus on fun, coordination and safe fundamentals.
Is it too late for adults to learn gymnastics?
Never. Adult gymnastics is growing fast, and with the right progressions you can learn handstands, cartwheels and much more.
Are Trainow gymnastics coaches verified?
Yes. Before a coach goes live, Trainow reviews their identity, qualifications and insurance, plus safeguarding and DBS checks for anyone coaching children. Every session is rated by real people, so you can see how a coach performs before you book.
