Pre & Post-Natal Fitness with a pro, wherever you are
Training during pregnancy and after birth needs specialist knowledge, from managing intra-abdominal pressure to rebuilding the core and pelvic floor. A pre & post-natal trainer adapts every exercise to your stage, so you can stay active safely and return to the training you love.
Who it’s for
Expectant mums in any trimester with medical clearance to exercise, and new mums once cleared by their GP or midwife (usually at the six-to-eight-week check), whether weeks or years post-birth.
What a session looks like
Sessions combine gentle strength work, breathing and core reconnection, pelvic floor awareness, mobility and posture. Intensity is guided by how you feel on the day, and baby is welcome in the room.
Where you can train
At home, which is ideal with a newborn, or in a nearby park with the pram.
What to bring
Comfortable, supportive clothing, water and any notes from your midwife or GP.
Pre & Post-Natal Fitness FAQs
When can I start post-natal training?
Usually after your postnatal check, around six to eight weeks after birth (often longer after a C-section). Always follow your healthcare provider’s advice.
Can I exercise in every trimester?
For most healthy pregnancies, yes, with adaptations. Share any complications with your trainer and get clearance from your midwife or doctor.
Are Trainow pre & post-natal fitness coaches verified?
Yes. Before a coach goes live, Trainow reviews their identity, qualifications and insurance, plus safeguarding and DBS checks for anyone coaching children. Every session is rated by real people, so you can see how a coach performs before you book.
