Parkour with a pro, wherever you are
Parkour is the art of moving through your environment efficiently: running, jumping, vaulting, climbing and landing. It builds remarkable strength, agility and confidence. A coach teaches safe landings and progressions first, so you can push your limits without unnecessary risk.
Who it’s for
Energetic kids and teens (booked by a parent or guardian), adults wanting a playful, functional workout, and freerunners refining technique.
What a session looks like
Expect a warm-up, landing and rolling practice, then vaults, precision jumps and wall runs scaled to your level, finishing with conditioning. Movement is always progressed from low to high.
Where you can train
Parks, playgrounds, public spaces with low walls and rails, or a parkour facility.
What to bring
Flexible trainers with good grip, comfortable clothes you can move in, and water.
Parkour FAQs
Is parkour dangerous?
Parkour taught progressively is far safer than people expect. Coaches start at ground level and build up only when you’re ready.
Do I need to be fit to start parkour?
No. Parkour itself builds the fitness. Your coach starts with fundamentals you can do from day one.
Are Trainow parkour coaches verified?
Yes. Before a coach goes live, Trainow reviews their identity, qualifications and insurance, plus safeguarding and DBS checks for anyone coaching children. Every session is rated by real people, so you can see how a coach performs before you book.
